MY MISSION is to bring players the best pitching and hitting instruction. My background in teaching and child development in addition to 15 years of softball coaching experience enters every lesson. I support girls to play ball at whatever level best fits them.
Coach Nancy offers over 15 years of valuable experience. Her long term committment to her students is evident as she has coached 10 year olds through to college level play. She uses the standard whole body approach and has an exceptional track record of keeping her girls injury free. Nancy coaches batters to use a swing that matches their upper body strength and swing style. Often that's a rotational swing, with a slight linear blend. Clients consistantly comment on her ability to create a compact swing. For hitting, pitching, and fielding Nancy is available for private, semi-private and group lessons.

PRIVATE PITCHING AND BATTING INSTRUCTION significantly increases the quality of a player's game as well as insures that young athletes learn correct mechanics while staying injury free! A solid fundamental skill base holds a young athlete together under the pressure of competition. The underlying component that every client says after starting lessons is that the players self-esteem and basic confidence has significantly increased. There is no price tag for those qualities that build female leaders. Additionally, there are more university scholarships than ever being given to top softball players.
Nancy was the first pitcher at Dos Pueblos High School to obtain a college scholarship for softball. After four years of Varsity play and all team CIF standings, and five years of club ball, Nancy became the first pitcher to be offered scholarship money to play in college.
Early on in her coaching career she attended coaching schools in San Diego and San Jose and become ASA certified. She’s a member of the National Fast-pitch Coaches Association and attends the national conference where softball greats such as Nancy Evans and Sue Enquist speak and instruct. She learns from the best and stays on the cutting edge of instruction. Nancy supports girls at ALL levels of play including rec leagues, all-star programs and travel ball teams. In addition to private and team coaching, Nancy puts on clinics for pitching, infielding, and hitting and when not coaching her own team is open to guest coaching.
