Overview & Philosophy:
Tide Club Softball was a community based program led by Nancy.
Process first. Teaching solid fundamentals and mechanics is a process focus and produces meaningful wins and player development. This process focus is reflected in private coaching.
We are all competitors and like to win, but the focus on the process builds the players long term skill base, self-esteem, and instills teamwork. True process focus tends to result in a winning record, even though the goal is skill execution.
